What is ECM?

Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a Medi-Cal benefit for members with complex health and social needs. It provides a dedicated care coordinator who works alongside your existing providers to fill gaps, remove barriers, and help make your care plan work in your daily life.
Your ECM Advocate is a consistent point of contact who understands your needs and goals and helps you navigate the healthcare system with confidence.
