Eligible Kaiser Medi Cal members may be able to receive transportation to covered medical appointments and services.

For routine appointments, call at least 3 business days in advance when possible. For urgent transportation needs, call as soon as possible. Have your Kaiser ID card and appointment information ready.

Durable Medical Equipment includes walkers, wheelchairs, hospital beds, canes, crutches, nebulizers, oxygen, and CPAP machines.

Start by contacting your Kaiser doctor or primary care provider. A physician referral is generally required, and Kaiser determines coverage and appropriate equipment based on your medical needs and plan.
